The construction and design of nightclubs in the second half of the 20th century formulated a new culture of architecture. The apprehension of tangible and permanent space is no longer the case, but rather the exploration of changing environments. Physical and physiological phenomena are the new agents in the production of space. Through a selection of festive and domestic architectures, the conference builds a history of fleeting architectures.
