Anthony Braxton - Kobe van Cauwenberghe

An evening of two performances of Ghost Trance Music (GTM), a collection of compositions by the American jazz and free improvisation figure Anthony Braxton. A short lecture offers perspectives on the work and on the canon of post-war Western art music. This is followed by a concert in which Kobe Van Cauwenberghe (guitars, electronics, voice) explores the full range of Ghost Trance Music in a solo performance with the aid of loops.
