In a very New York first album full of rupture and disruption, the ex-Antipop Consortium of Airborn Audio continue their work of clearing hip-hop.

In the early 2000s, Antipop Consortium had paved the way for all the daring of the experimental hip-hop scene. After their separation in 2003, the two pillars of the group, Mr. Sayyid and High Priest, returned with the project Airborn Audio. The duo toured the New York scene for a year before concocting Good Fortune, released on the Ninja Tune label. Continuing the work started by Antipod Consortium, this first album releases complex and uncompromising tracks, while managing to remain very accessible. In dense and heterogeneous tracks, the inimitable flows of the two MCs are supported by a careful production made of deconstructed rhythms, video game noises and aquatic sounds.
