Fischerspooner's performances bring together the diversity of artistic forms of expression [music, song, dance, fashion design, etc.] in shows, true "mass entertainment" that synthesise the outrages of a spectacular society. At the origin of this New York collective: Warren Fischer and Casey Spooner, whose meeting at the beginning of the 90s opened the way to a creation constantly enriched by new artistic collaborations. Stigmatising the imagery of pop culture, this disturbing collective offers us a critical vision of a starification process that sometimes leads artists to stage themselves in an excessive manner.
