Born in 1967, he lives and works in Paris and Rome.

Didier Courbot's photographs and videos frequently function as immersive immages, which eternalise almost hypnotic visions taken from reality (the floating of a curtain, a scrolling landscape, the opening of a door) and which work on the notion of interval, of the coexistence of sometimes contradictory temporalities within our own perception of the world. A disturbance is created by the tension between the fragments of an indeterminate reality.

In Cahors, he presents a new video based on airport views.

With the participation of the Studio d'art conemporain Le Fresnoy.
