Born in 1963, he lives and works in Paris.

Through various media (drawings, photographs, video, etc.), Claude Closky humorously plays with the systems of organization of meaning, gradually leading them to nonsense. Examining the principle of reality that underpins our relationship to the image, he ingeniously pertrudes this relationship of trust through deviations, often absurd, of everyday acts and objects.

For the Printemps de Cahors, Closky presents his Objets en levitation dans la cuisine, a group of about thirty prints, where the domestic sphere meets the paranormal.
