Martine Aballéa

Born in 1950 in New York (USA), she lives in Paris.

The artist has always invented stories in her photographs, but instead of borrowing the novel form, her work flirts with the evocative aesthetics of movie posters or book covers. Interested in the nature of mystery, her works create stories or rather an atmosphere in the spirit of detective stories, coupled with a scientific enigma.
