Through his books and postcards, objects and fetishes, Hans Peter Feldmann reflects on the role of art in a world saturated with images. He illustrates the reflexive character of art, using the images of consumer society offered by the media and turning them against themselves. This gives his images a tension between their banal origin and their potential for facsination.
