Georges Tony Stoll, Jeu avec deux balles bleues, tryptique, 1995

Tirage couleur sur aluminium, 100 x 67,5cm

Born in 1955 in Marseille (France), he lives and works in Paris.

Geroges Stoll was originally a painter, but in recent years he has turned away from painting and uses photography and video instead.

The photographs shown here form a kind of chaotic and rough chronicle of states of body and mind today. Self-staging, derision, a sense of the absurd, tenderness, the precariousness of appearances, the energy of survival: these are some of the themes present in these images.
