Boyd Webb, Corona, 1994

123 x 158cm

Born in 1947 in Christchurch (New Zealand), he lives and works in London.

Boyd Webb comes from the world of sculpture and installation. In fact, his first photographs are transparent objects, the image of an imagined and constructed world. What characterises Webb's work as a whole, apart from his rich and eccentric imagination when constructing situations, using materials, composing fictions in which the truth is hidden, is the fact that it is situated on the border between sculpture and photography.
