Valérie Belin

Born in 1964, she lives and works in Paris.

She takes black and white photographs of crystal, glass and metal objects in the very places where they are on sale. But these objects are a starting point not for a representation of reality, but for beautiful studies of transparency and reflection, on texture and planes.
